About GroupLens

GroupLens is a research lab in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Minnesota. We conduct research in several areas, including:

  • recommender systems
  • online communities
  • mobile and ubiquitious technologies
  • digital libraries
  • local geographic information systems
