Paul A. Cartwright and I.T. Alumni Society Award

Graduating this year?

Been active in student or civic activities?

Then you are eligible to apply for the Paul A. Cartwright and IT Alumni Society Award for outstanding service in student activities and/or community projects.

Requirements are:

  • Graduate Fall 2007 or Spring semester 2008
  • Involvement in student and/or community activities

Application procedures include:

  • A 500 word essay that includes your involvement in student or civic activities, plans after graduation, special interests, and awards and scholarships
  • An I.T. faculty member’s letter of recommendation
  • A copy of your unofficial transcript
  • An official application form

The winner receives a plaque, $500, and a three-year membership in the University of Minnesota Alumni Association / I.T. Alumni Society.

Pick up an application form in I.T. Academic Advising, 128 Lind Hall.
