I.T. STUDENT COMMENCEMENT SPEAKER

GRADUATING THIS YEAR?

HAVE SOMETHING YOU’ LIKE TO SAY AT COMMENCEMENT?

THIS IS YOUR BIG CHANCE!!!

The IT Administration would be honored to have you apply to address the graduating class at commencement on Friday, May9, 2008.

Requirements are:

  • Graduating Fall 2007 or Spring 2008
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above

Application procedures include:

  • A 500 word essay that indicates what you might address as Commencement Speaker
  • An IT faculty member’s letter of recommendation
  • A copy of your unofficial transcript
  • An official application form

The commencement speaker will be honored with a gift presented by IT Dean Steven Crouch, and a three-year membership in the IT Alumni Society.

Pick up an official application form in IT Academic Advising office, 128 Lind Hall.
