Professional Information
I'm currently Director, Business Development for Reshare Corporation and have worked with both venture-backed startups and public companies for the past twenty six years. In my current role I'm helping manufacturing companies with an innovative distribution management tool allowing online sales the do not circumvent distribution channel partners. In this role I'm leveraging my technology/business background to find, gain and keep new customers. Prior to joining Reshare I held several management positions at Adaptec with a focus on advanced storage solutions including clustered filesystems and external RAID solutions. Before joining Adaptec, I held various management and engineering positions at Tricord Systems. As an early employee I recognized the potential for specialized network servers. Using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies as a "management framework" the Tricord team refined software development processes that dramatically increased productivity. These development infrastructures allowed us commercialize a very complex clustered filesystem.
