Professional Information
Dr. Jake Y. Chen is an Assistant Professor of Informatics and Computer Science, Indiana University School of Informatics, and Purdue University Dept. of Computer & Information Science. He is the founding director of Indiana Center for Systems Biology and Personalized Medicine, a member of the Center for Computational Biology and Bioinformatics at Indiana University School of Medicine, a member of Indiana University Simon Cancer Center, and a member of Indiana University Center for Environmental Health. He hold a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, MN. He is an IEEE Senior Member. His research interests in computational systems biology and large-scale bio-computing.
