Technology Forum Open House Exhibit Registration

October 14, 2011

Registration Deadline: October 7, 2011

Faculty and Industry Exhibitors:
Please complete the following form to request a booth for your exhibit. If you also plan to attend the event, please additionally register yourself as a guest.

Graduate students cannot request exhibit booths - a booth must have industry or faculty sponsorship. Grad students - please have a faculty member register your booth and register yourself as a guest.

If you are from industry and have questions regarding what type of exhibit to provide, contact Thomas Rochat (thomas.rochat@gd-ais.com, 952-921-6087). Support is provided to help with bringing in, storing, and moving exhibit hardware. Just let us know what you need and we will make the arrangements.

Industrial and Research exhibits will be displayed from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Keller Hall atrium. Each station/exhibit includes one table. You must request additional items in the following form. Let us know if you have special needs that are not listed in the following form.

Please Note:
Once you submit your registration form, you will be assigned to a booth. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once a booth has been assigned, you will be unable to change locations. It is our goal to accommodate everyone's needs, but this is not always possible. Unfortunately, we have a limited amount of space and a large number of exhibits. The sooner you submit your registration, the better. We will be unable to accept applications after October 7th.
