Where can I use my Unix/Windows account?

CS Graduate Students

The Grad lab is in EE/CS 2-216 (phone 626-1071). All grad students can obtain access to the grad lab by submitting the on-line Grad Lab Access Form. In order to complete the on-line form, you will need a CS Unix account and a U card (check out the U Card home page for more information).

The card reader on the grad lab door is usually updated once a day during the first two weeks of a semester and usually once a week thereafter. If you have completed the on-line form but, after a week, still cannot access the grad lab, send email to operator@cs.umn.edu. Please be sure to include your name, your CS username and your student ID number.

Machines are also available in grad offices.
