Who is Systems Staff?

Systems Staff is the support service for the Computer Science and Engineering Department (CSE) and IT Labs computers.

The Systems Operator is a member of systems staff who is available during our business hours to answer questions and solve user problems. Contact Systems Staff for more information.

Systems Staff is made up of full-time staff members and part-time student members who are experienced and knowledgeable about a variety of Information Technology areas.

What System Staff Does

Systems Staff members will answer questions, solve problems, install software, and provide repairs for any CS or IT Labs computers. We also maintain the CS network, CS and ITLabs Wireless networks, CS Departmental and class web pages, and backup systems.

*Systems Staff members do not answer questions about home computers, unless they are owned by the CS department.
