Best Panel Award for Keefe

Assistant Professor Dan Keefe and his fellow panelists won the Best Panel award at VisWeek '10, the co-located event for the IEEE Visualization, Information Visualization, and Visual Analytics Conferences and the Software Visualization Symposium.

The panel was titled "Perspectives on Teaching Data Visualization." The other participants in Keefe's panel were Jason Dykes, Gordon Kindlmann, Tamara Munzner, and Alark Joshi. All participants in the panel are faculty members at separate universities, and each panelist has developed a unique approach to teaching visualization.
