Howland Receives Travel Award

March 5, 2002

Peg Howland, a graduate student in Computer Science and Engineering, has received a travel grant from the Xi Chapter, Sigma Delta Epsilon/Graduate Women in Science. Howland was a recipient from the Agnes Hansen Award. SDE/Grad Women in Science have awards 3 times a year, Agnes Hansen Award in October and February and the Mary Haga Award in May. She will plans to use the funds to present a paper at a conference later in the Spring.
