CSE Professor Konstan elected Chair of ACM’s Special Interest Governing Board

CSE Professor Joseph Konstan has been elected Chair of the Associated Computing Machinery (ACM) Special Interest Groups (SIGs) Governing Board and to serve as a member of ACM Council and Executive Committee. His term goes from July 2006‑June 2008.

ACM is the oldest and one of the largest educational and scientific computing societies. The ACM group is made up of computing professionals and students in various computing disciplines from allover the world. The SIG Governing Board oversees ACM’s 34 special interest groups.
