The computer science department today
announced the 2002 Lando scholarships. Approximately 10 awards, ranging from $500 - $1,000, will be awarded to Computer Science undergraduate students for the 2002-2003 school year. The submission deadline is Friday, April 19, 2002,
with recipients to be announced by Monday, May 6,
2002.
Upper division, undergraduate students, with an IT
Computer Science major are encouraged to apply.
Priority will be given to students who will graduate
after the 2002-2003 academic year and who have
not previously received the Lando Scholarship. A
student transcript and a one-page description of
applicant's career goals are required.
