CSE Professor Yousef Saad named SIAM Fellow

Professor Yousef Saad was selected for the 2010 Class of Fellows of the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM). SIAM Fellowship is bestowed upon SIAM members who have made outstanding contributions to the fields served by SIAM.

SIAM Fellows have achieved excellence in research, industrial work, and educational activities that reach a broad audience. Professor Saad was recognized for his contributions in numerical linear algebra and its applications.
