Papanikolopoulos Named One of Three Most Productive and Influential Authors in IEEE T-ITS

A recent paper from IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems announced that Professor Nikos Papanikolopoulos, M. M. Trivedi, and P. A. Ioannou are the three most productive and influential authors in the IEEE T-ITS. According to "A Bibliographic Analysis of the IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems," the University of Minnesota, MIT, and the University of California, San Diego, are also the three most productive and influential institutions in the IEEE T-ITS.
