Assistant Professor Volkan Isler and his research team have recently won a competition for the use of a Huskey A100. The Husky A100 is an weather-resistant, all-terrain, unmanned vehicle designed to be used for research. Clearpath Robotics will provide Isler and his group the use the Huskey for the next year to assist their project with data mules.

Isler's group uses robots as data mules. They gather information in areas that require collecting data from sensors that are sparsely deployed over a large area, such as in habitat monitoring. Find out more about the project on the Robotic Sensor Networks Lab's Data Mule Page.
