A round of TA offers will go out later today or early tomorrow. These offers are primarily to continuing PhD students who are currently TAs. The next round of offers will be during finals week.
Here's an update on the Fall TA situation. At this point we currently still have a number of CS PhD students on the waiting list for Fall. So at this point it's difficult to predict how many additional offers there will be, how many (if any) offers we can make to MS students, and what the chance of getting an offer is if you do not yet have an offer. The largest unknown at this time is how many students will decline offers, and how many who have accepted an offer will resign it over the summer. If past trends hold, we'll be able to make offers to most of the PhD students on the waiting list (and perhaps a few MS students), but some of those offers will not come until late summer.
