TA Update 4/23

The second round of TA offers for Fall will be made later this week or early next week. These offers will go to current PhD students. MS students are not being considered at this time; they will be considered near the start of classes, but only if there are no unsupported but qualified PhD TA applicants. To be considered, PhD student must have applied for a TA position, have good communication skills, be making good degree progress, etc. See the information on the Dept. TA Handbook for more information on the criteria for offers.

After the second round of offers I expect there will be another round in mid-May, near the end of the semester.
