TA Update Feb 1

No big change from the last update. There are still a couple classes  we're watching, but it's probable that we won't be making any further TA offers for Spring. Applications for Fall 08 TA positions will be accepted in late February or March. A message will go out to the 'grads' mailing list announcing when the application deadline will be.
