A quick update on the Fall 2008 TA situation.
First, Fall 2008 TA positions have already been filled. As mentioned in past postings, some additional openings may occur between now and the beginning of classes. We will fill these additional openings as they occur.
Second, if you have a TA position for Fall, but are considering resigning --- for example to take an RA position --- please remember to let us know by Friday August 1st. This will ensure we that we will be able to find a replacement in a timely fashion.
Third, for any new students who would like to know more about the TA process, please see the TA Handbook, as well as previous announcements here.
We'll start posting more regularly to this announcement page in mid-August once we get closer to the start of classes and more new students start arriving.
