TA update 8/7

There have been some resignations, so over the next couple weeks I'll be filling the resulting openings.

Here's an update on the chances of getting an offer: There are still a number of people in the pool, so the chances of getting an offer are still not great. However, I do expect to make about a half dozen offers over the next few weeks. Most future offers will be 25% offers. We are still considering only PhD students for TA offers.
