The SAR software repository consists of Matlab and Fortran programs. Matlab programs run in serial. Fortran programs run both in serial and parallel on various distributed shared memory architectures such as SGI Origins, IBM SP and Regatta and CrayX1 (soon). The SAR software implementations calculate the exact log-determinant in the maximum-likelihood function. More details are available in the "readme" files. Epsilon, y and x forming programs are from pre-processing part. Two datasets are used for lab purposes to illustrate the differences between DM(Data-Mining) and SDM(Spatial Data-Mining): one small dataset (n=16) used with examples and other larger dataset (n=2500) for laboratory exercises.
