3.3. Changing Majors or Adding a Major

Students wishing to switch to the CSci major or add the CSci major to their existing degree plan should begin with their college advising office. Be sure to clearly specify that you are either changing or adding the CSci major. For CLA, students will be directed by the college to the Computer Science Advisor in 4-192 Keller. CLA students should bring with them a current copy of their APAS Report when they meet with the Computer Science Advisor. Acceptance is based on the same criteria as acceptance to upper division described in section 3.1. For CSE, students should apply to the college, and the college will use the same acceptance criteria described in the previous section for evaluating the request.
